1. Services

BORECORP Labs provides website design and development, AI process optimization, CRM and internal tooling, and related digital services.

Specific deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or project brief before implementation begins.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for giving timely feedback and supplying materials they have the right to use.

• + Provide accurate briefs, assets, and approvals within agreed timelines.
• + Ensure supplied copy, imagery, and marks can legally be used in the work.
• + Nominate a clear point of contact for decisions and sign-off.
• + Pay invoices according to the agreed commercial terms.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, clients own the bespoke deliverables created specifically for them unless agreed otherwise in writing.

BORECORP retains ownership of reusable methods, tooling, frameworks, and internal know-how used to produce those deliverables.

4. Liability and confidentiality

Each party agrees to treat the other’s confidential information appropriately and to use it only as needed for the engagement.

BORECORP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement unless law requires otherwise.

5. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic unless another governing law is agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
